Through guided equine activities and writing prompts, participants will explore how the energy field and mythology of horses can inspire and deepen their writing practice, and foster a connection to the unconscious.
The workshop will focus on developing self awareness, emotional expression, and creative flow, using the horse-human connection as a catalyst for personal insight and artistic reclamation.
