This workshop combines the therapeutic and transformative power of horses with creative writing exercises.
Participants will explore how the presence and movement of horses can inspire and deepen their writing, while also engaging in activities designed to foster self-awareness, connection, and mindfulness.
Through equine-facilitated learning (EFL) activities, participants will experience firsthand how non-verbal communication with horses can enhance their writing process, develop their voice, and unlock new creative potential.
Harnessing the power of the winter solstice, we will use guided and free writing rituals to navigate the changing season.
